On the move

For the past year we have been working on moving to larger premises and finally from 14th November we will have achieved our ambition.

As you can see we haven't moved very far but we will now have far more room than before and will be able to hold regular clinics. Following the refurbishment we now have wheelchair access to the ground floor with an accessible ground floor bathroom. Our plan is to offer possibly a girdle fitting clinic and an stoma nurse led drop in clinic; we will take sensible suggestions too!

If you find that you have run out of supplies and need to drop in you will find us opposite the new Tesco and the new public library in Blackley so once you've been to see us you can do your big shop too!

About Us

Labont Ltd was established about 18 years ago with the aim of providing the very best possible service to our customers. We have provided many customers with a safe, reliable and discreet way of managing their ostomy supplies.

Services

We offer a lovely and very useful Travel Bag with your first order which you can use when you are perhaps on a flight abroad or for when you are travelling in the car. Or you may just want to use it for your make up!!

Customisation of flanges/bags is usually required by most of our patients and therefore we offer to cut your bags to the correct size for your stoma. When you are on our books we will request a template from your nurse and store it carefully. Each time we cut your bags we will use the same template unless requested not to or until you forward a more recent one. Sometimes when patients start to recover they can gain some weight and we find that their unique template may alter slightly. It is vital that a template is the correct size as an ill fitting pouch can lead to sore skin and irritation.

Once you have been set up on our system we will ask for your consent to contact your GP’s surgery in order to request a prescription for your order. Alternatively, some of our patients like to acquire their own prescriptions and for those patients we supply pre-paid envelopes.

We offer a free customer careline and access to our highly qualified and very experienced Stoma Care Nurse.

Free home delivery in a discreet package via our own driver or if you are further afield we can offer a next day postal service using DHL Express.

Ordering

Call our Free phone 0800 146 992 and give your order to Karen, Dean, Mo or Anne. We would ask you to order one week in advance to ensure that you do not run low on products. You can ask for delivery at a convenient time for you and even give us special instructions about where to leave your delivery if you happen to be out when we call. You will receive your order togetherwith a delivery note for your items.
